I started using the Juvent Micro-Impact Platform twice a week in early October 2023. I have had osteopenia for several years and was hoping the Juvent would help to maintain my bone density. I had not been able to do weight-bearing exercises since 2019 due to hip pain, so I was concerned that my bone density would deteriorate. I had a DEXA scan on 09/30/2024 and the results showed that there was slight improvement in several areas. This scan was compared to the DEXA scan I had two years earlier. Since I am 85-years-old, I can credit the Juvent for this improvement.
